How safe is the building you are about to insure? Have all precautions been taken? Is there a redundant sprinkler system throughout the building? Were the steel beams coated with a fire protective foam during construction? Are the hallways and stairwells illuminated with fluorescent strips? Is there a helicopter pad on the roof for emergency evacuations? Do they have a security company checking for explosives in the lobby and parking garage?  These are just a few of the questions we ask to determine the rating of a skyscraper. Our goal is to create a certification program that will help insurance companies evaluate the risk of insuring each and every skyscraper on the planet.
